Observe your emotions from a place of neutrality Give no mind to anything outside of you Master the trigger thru observing it in non-action
Let the energy pass through without attaching As this is happening draw a few deep breaths through your nose and exhale inwardly to the belly button. This rearranges the energy within and can disconnect the trauma memory from the prefrontal lobe through inverse action. We can only control how we respond. Next time you are triggered, dissolve it by non-action instead of re-traumatizing, this is how we alchemise pain.
