Have Gratitude for the Good things in your life.


Gratitude, or giving thanks, is a key aspect of spiritual practice. It's connected to the Golden Rule of treating others as you wish they would treat you. As within, so without.


When you have an attitude of gratitude you can manifest good things towards you just by recognising the good things you already have in your life. When we are grateful we reflect on how lucky we are, whether big or small.


When you get into the practice of embodying gratitude daily, your life can be transformed.


A grateful nature is not only high vibrational, thanks comes from the heart and nullifies the negative aspects of ego, such as envy, greed, pride and narcissism - you cannot be in ego if you are coming from gratitude!


Below are some tips for practicing gratitude and showing appreciation:


  • Before you begin your day, upon waking take a few minutes to reflect on the things in your life you are grateful for.


  • Be specific. Don't just say you are grateful for "everything." Think about specific people, things, or experiences that you are grateful for and give thanks.


  • Express your gratitude. Don't just keep your gratitude to yourself. Share it with the people you are grateful for, or find other ways to express it.


  • Make it a daily habit. The more you practice gratitude, the more you attract good things in your life and develop a gratitude mindset.
