There is so much to say about Energy, but I will stick to cliff notes for this post
Everything begins with Energy
We are all consciousness having an experience
Consciousness is the only reality. It is all there is
Your body is a printout of your consciousness
Life doesn’t happen to you, but through you Energy never dies
Energy always needs to close a loop
The Physical is always a final manifestation of what your energy created
We are each responsible for our energy
Through consciousness we each create the world we live in, the good, the bad and the ugly
We cannot manipulate energy, we can only control ourselves
Your frequency is a signature, what you give off is what you get back.
Negative energy you put out comes back on you x3
To navigate energy ride the wave, never attach to it.
By staying neutral you will learn to find balance, harmony and peace of mind.
Energy always seeks balance
